Self Love starts with genuinely loving yourself and loving yourself starts with respecting yourself. You must respect yourself enough to set boundaries. Boundaries are put in place to protect yourself from accepting any type of treatment. No making excuses for the behavior of others because they are a certain someone in your life. It is true what they say. They say, “I can do bad all by myself,” but they don’t complete this thought. Sure, you can do bad all by yourself BUT you can also flourish without the unnecessary weight of another who may not be destined to go where you’re going. It all starts with Self Love.
